51 47 439 Removing and installing or replacing rear carpet on seat pan

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove trims from bass speaker on left and right. See DRIVER'S SIDE (UNDER FRONT SEAT) and PASSENGER'S SIDE (UNDER FRONT SEAT) .
- Remove CENTER CONSOLE SUPPORT
- Remove LOWER DOOR PILLAR TRIM PANEL , left and right
- Release screws from rear seat backrest frame in area of carpet on seat frame. See RIGHT REAR SEAT BACKREST FRAME and LEFT REAR SEAT BACKREST FRAME .
Remove carpet (1) toward front/top and if necessary feed out cable.
Installation:
Slightly raise both seat-backrest frames.
