63 10 004 Adjusting headlights

NOTE: Observe TEST PRECONDITIONS FOR ADJUSTING HEADLIGHTS .

Carry out headlight adjustment at adjusting screws (1) and (2).

IMPORTANT: Turn adjusting screw (1) with a ball-head Allen key (3).

A definite allocation of adjusting screws is not possible.

Adjustment screw primarily for vertical adjustment
Adjusting screw primarily for lateral adjustment

NOTE: In isolated cases the situation may arise where adjusting screw (1) can only be turned with difficulty.

Recommendation:

Drill hole on module carrier at point (2) in shaft of adjusting screw (dia. approx. 8 mm).

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage!
Tape off module carrier and body components when drilling.
