51 16 371 Removing and installing/replacing upper glovebox lid

Special tools required:

00 9 322

When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Unclip trim (1) with special tool 00 9 322 towards bottom and feed out of glovebox lid (2).

Installation:

Guides (1) and catches (2) on trim (3) must not be damaged.

Release screws (1).

Feed glovebox lid (2) out of hinge (3).

Installation:

Threads (1) and guides (2) on glovebox lid (3) must not be damaged.
