34 33 240 Removing and installing diaphragm travel sensor

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER
Read and comply with GENERAL INFORMATION .

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Push ring spring (2) apart in direction of arrow.

Carefully pull travel sensor (3) in direction of arrow from brake servo.

Check sealing ring (1) on travel sensor and replace if necessary.
