52 25 405 Replacing left or right rear seat cover

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove LEFT OR RIGHT REAR SEAT

Lever out cover welt in marked area.

Disconnect all cable straps from wiring harness.

Installation note:

Replace defective cable straps.

Release all clamps in marked areas.

Detaching cover and upholstery:

Release all clamps in designated areas
Remove seat cover from upholstery
Remove all remaining clamps from seat cover and/or upholstery

Replacing cover:

Pull all trim wires out of seat cover
If necessary, cut in mounting for trim wires of new cover
Push trim wires into new seat cover

Installation note:

Bend new clamp (2) closed with pliers 52 0 050 .
