22 32 001 Replacing rubber mount for transmission mounting (ATC 350)

Special tools required 

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

For better illustration: Front propeller shaft is removed.

IMPORTANT: For: F01, F07, F10, F11, F12, F13 - N57 and N55
a gearbox mount is located on the left side of the transmission below the front propeller shaft.
Undo bolts (1) for gearbox mount.
Tightening torque 22 32 10AZ .

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Lower transmission with hydraulic lifting equipment.

Mount special tools 22 1 042 / 22 1 041 on transfer box.

Pull out rubber mount with thrust plate 22 1 043 by means of spindle33 4 460 and nut22 1 017.

Installation note: 

Pay attention to installation position of rubber mount (1).

Bolt special tool 22 1 044 to transfer box.

Insert special tool 22 1 046 with bolt into recesses of rubber mount.

Draw in rubber mount with special tool 33 4 460.

Installation note: 

Auxiliary installation material - low-surface tension water.

Do not  coat rubber mount with grease.
