51 16 366 Removing and installing/replacing right glovebox with housing

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL STORAGE COMPARTMENT
Remove trim for instrument panel. See TRIM PANEL (US ONLY) or TRIM PANEL (ECE ONLY)
Remove USB INTERFACE CONNECTING SOCKET

F03 only:

Unlock and open flap (1), to enable a subsequent removal of radio predisposition line.

Unlock fuse carrier (3) and press back.

Release screw (1) on glovebox (2) at top.

Tightening torque 51 16 16AZ .

Release screws (1) on glovebox (2) at bottom.

Tightening torque 51 16 16AZ .

Remove glovebox (2) in direction of arrow.

Disconnect plug connection behind.

Replacement:

Remove GLOVEBOX LIGHT
