65 50 160 Removing and installing/replacing cover for rear cabin monitor display at front and rear (newer version)

Special tools required:

00 9 327

IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on PROTECTION AGAINST ELECTROSTATIC DAMAGE (ESD PROTECTION) .

Necessary preliminary work:

Remove REAR CABIN MONITOR

IMPORTANT: Do not damage or scratch display.

Unclip rear cover (1) with special tool 00 9 327 and remove.

Installation note:

Latch mechanisms (1) must not be damaged.

Release screws at marked points.

Tightening torque 65 50 1AZ

Feed out connector (1).

Remove rear monitor (3) from front cover (2).

Installation note:

Ensure that connector (1) has correct cable routing.

Make sure cover (2) is correctly seated on rear monitor (3).
