61 31 197 Removing and installing/renewing center console operating facility

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove CENTRE CONSOLE COVER .

Release screws (1).

Remove center console operating facility (2) from center console cover (3).

Installation note:

For a uniform joint, press center console operating facility (1) sideways up against center console cover.

Centering ribs (1) must touch the center console cover.
