41 62 520 Removing and installing/replacing left or right hinge for rear lid

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove REAR WINDOW
Remove TRIM FOR REAR WINDOW FRAME AT TOP
Release roof trim panel in rear area

Close rear lid.

Release nuts (1).

Tightening torque 41 62 3AZ .

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 41 62 1AZ .

Remove hinge (2).

Installation:

Before final assembly, apply sealing compound in areas (1).

Adjust rear lid on the basis of the GAP DIMENSIONS, BODY
