11 12 595 Checking a valve guide for wear (N62)

To measure tilt clearance, install a new valve so that end of valve stem is flush with valve guide.
Attach dial gauge and measure tilt clearance.
NOTE:
Max. permissible tilt clearance. Refer to ENGINE - TECHNICAL DATA- 545I (4.4L) E60/N62
