86 21... Removing gas spring retaining bracket

NOTE:
Remove gas spring,
REFER TO 86 21... REMOVING GAS SPRING.
Remove ball pivot,
REFER TO 86 21... REMOVING BALL PIVOT.
REFER TO 86 21... REMOVING GAS SPRING.
Remove ball pivot,
REFER TO 86 21... REMOVING BALL PIVOT.
Release screws (1) and remove gas spring retaining bracket (2) from mounting bracket (3).
Installation
Install retaining bracket so that it is centered in elongated holes.
Tightening Torque,
