51 11 180 Removing and installing/replacing center grille for bumper trim

Necessary preliminary tasks

Remove FRONT BUMPER TRIM

Release catches (1) and remove center grille (2).

Installation:

Catches (1) must not be damaged

Remove FRONT BUMPER TRIM

Version with ACC:

Remove COVER FOR ACC SENSOR

6-cylinder models without ACC only:

Release catches (1) from inside, taking care not to damage catch (2).

Remove trim (3) towards front.

Installation:

Catches (1 and 2) must not be damaged.
