65 12 070 Removing and installing/replacing amplifier (under left front seat)

Remove bass speaker. Refer to 65 12 ... Removing and installing/replacing bass speaker (under left or right front door) .

Cut floor carpet (1) at marked points.

Installation:

Join cutting lines at marked points with cable tape.

Fold back floor carpet in direction of arrow.

Loosen screws (1).

Remove retaining plate (2) in direction of arrow.

Unfasten plug connection and disconnect.

Replacement:

Loosen screws (1).

Installation:

Replace screws (1).

Detach retaining plate (2) from amplifier (3).
