51 46 013 Removing and installing/replacing rear window roller blind

Necessary preliminary work: 

IMPORTANT: Risk of damage!

Rod eyes of roller sunblind could break.

Carefully pull out rear window roller blind (1) a little.

Lever out protective cap (2) on left or right with plastic wedge.

Installation note: 

Protective caps must not be damaged or missing.

If necessary, replace protective caps.

Make sure protective caps are correctly seated in rear storage shelf.

Lift out shelf (3) over rear groove (1) of rear window roller blind.

Pull front guide (2) out of shelf (3) and remove roller sunblind downwards.

Installation note: 

Make sure front guide (2) is correctly seated in rear storage shelf.
