IMPORTANT:
When the engine is shut down, the inlet and exhaust camshaft adjuster is normally locked in its initial position.
The situation may arise in some individual cases where this initial position is not reached and the camshaft can continue to be rotated in the adjustment range of the camshaft adjuster.
Where central bolts are not greased at the bolt contact points up to engine number 20024295 , the adjustment gear must be replaced for safety reasons.
The central bolts is greased from engine number 20024296.
