Necessary preliminary tasks

Read out fault memory of DDE control unit, working through test schedules if necessary.
Switch off ignition.
Remove AUXILIARY WATER PUMP for exhaust turbocharger.

Unlock connector (1) and remove.

Unfasten coolant temperature sensor (2).

Installation note:

Tightening torque 13 62 1AZ .

Delete fault memory.
