51 22 090 Removing and installing/replacing door lock on left or right rear door: Notes

Raise the door window.

Remove sound insulation on rear door. See 51 48 ... Removing And Installing/Replacing Sound Insulation In Rear Door, Left Or Right .

Disconnect plug connection (1) on door lock (2).

Unclip ball head (1).

Detach Bowden cable (2) from support (2) on door lock.

Release screws (1).

Remove door lock (2) with linkage (3).
