51 16 040 Removing and installing/replacing housing on left or right door mirror: Notes

Tilt door mirror forwards a little.

NOTE: Only grip the innermost area (1) on the drainage groove of the mirror cap; otherwise the inside catch would be damaged.

Unlock mirror (1) cap from mirror foot (2).

Unfasten mirror cap (1) forwards/upwards until light (2) is accessible.

Disconnect plug-in connection (3).

Turn mirror cap (1) forwards/upwards and remove from mirror foot (4).
