Detach water hose (1) from radiator at bottom.

Release screws.

Tightening torque, see 17 11 1AZ in COOLING SYSTEM - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Remove retaining bracket (1).

Detach sealing strip between radiator and radiator cassette.

Release screw on right of radiator.

Remove radiator towards top.

Installation:

Lugs of both plastic guides (3) must be securely snapped into place in bores.

Replace faulty plastic guides (3).

Installation:

Insert radiator with supports into holders on left and right.

If necessary, remove mounting plate from radiator. Lever out expansion rivet (1). Release screw (2). Remove mounting plate.
