11 62 065 Removing and installing/replacing right exhaust manifold (M62/N62): Notes

(Cylinder bank 1 to 4)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove exhaust system. See EXHAUST SYSTEM - REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove reinforcement plate. See FRONT AXLE SUPPORT
- Remove propeller shaft. See PROPELLER SHAFT - REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE:
Illustration with engine (M62) removed.
Release screw connection at exhaust manifold.
Feed out exhaust manifold towards bottom.
