52 26 020 Removing and installing/replacing both backrests for rear seat

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove armrest side section
- Remove rear seat
NOTE:
A 2nd person is required to help remove and install the backrest.
Left backrest:
- Release screw (1).
- Lay belt (2) around center armrest
- Fold backrest forwards slightly (3)
- Pull backrest forwards and outwards out of center mount (4)
Tightening torque 52 26 01AZ , see 52 26 REAR SEATS (THROUGH-LOADING SYSTEM) .
Right backrest:
- Release screw (1).
- Fold backrest forwards slightly (2)
- Pull backrest forwards and outwards out of center mount (3)
