36 11 523 Removing and installing/replacing an RDC trigger transmitter (rear)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Partially detach rear wheel arch trim . See 51 71 038 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT WHEEL ARCH COVER (FRONT SECTION) .

After installation:

Carry out resetting of RDC of RDC

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Release screws (2) and remove trigger transmitter.

E90 and E91 from 09/2008:

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Press holder (2) together and detach trigger transmitter (3) towards front.
