23 14 505 Replacing transmission oil temperature sensor (GS6-53BZ) (S85/S65)

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove underbody protection. See 51 47 490 REMOVING AND INSTALLING / REPLACING FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
- If necessary, remove left heat shields
IMPORTANT:
After completion of work, check transmission fluid level.

Recycling:
Catch and dispose of gear oil with suitable equipment.
Observe country-specific waste-disposal regulations.
Unlock plug (1) and remove.
Remove oil temperature sensor (2).
