51 45 275 Removing And Installing (Replacing) Outer Trim On Right Glovebox

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove right fresh-air grille . See 64 22 139 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT FRESH-AIR GRILL (128i) or 64 22 139 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING RIGHT FRESH-AIR GRILL (135i) .
Remove trim for instrument panel, bottom left .
If necessary, open glovebox cover.

Release screws (1) on trim (2).

Unclip trim (1) downwards from retainer (2).

Feed trim (1) sideways out of guides (3) and remove.

Installation:

Guides (3) must not be damaged.

If necessary, replace faulty retainer (2).
