16 14 070 Removing and installing/replacing vent hose with strainer for carbon canister

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove cover for carbon canister . See 51 71... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING COVER FOR CARBON CANISTER (CONVERTIBLE) or 51 71... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING COVER FOR CARBON CANISTER (COUPE) .
- Remove rear right wheel arch cover . See 51 71 041 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT WHEEL ARCH COVER (CONVERTIBLE) or 51 71 041 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR LEFT OR RIGHT WHEEL ARCH COVER (COUPE) .
Release quick-release coupling (1) and detach vent hose.
Installation:
Quick-release coupling (1) must audibly snap into place.
Check locking of quick-release coupling by pulling, do not actuate release element in the process.
Carefully press vent hose out of clamps (1).
