52 13...Removing and installing/replacing guide for front left or right head restraint

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove head restraint. See REMOVING AND INSTALLING OR REPLACING FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT HEAD RESTRAINTS (NORMAL/ELECTRIC) and REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT CRASH-ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINT
- Remove rear panel on front seat
Press catches together and feed guide upwards out of cover and padding.
