52 14 023 Removing and installing / replacing drive for left or right active seat

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove FRONT SEAT
Remove SEAT COVER WITH PADDING FOR FRONT SEAT

Release bolts (1).

Move seat back.

Installation:

Tightening torque: 52 10 6AZ .

Unclip drive units (1) with supports on left and right from flex mat.

NOTE: If necessary, release clips (2). Remove drive units (1) from supports (3).
Feed drive units (1) through flex mat towards bottom.
Detach retaining points for drive in area (4).

Disconnect plug connection.

Remove drive (1).

NOTE: Drive unit can only be replaced as a complete unit.
