11 53 590 Removing and installing/replacing auxiliary water pump (N14)

Special tools required:

17 2 052

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Drain Coolant from radiator.

Release hose clamps (1 and 2) with special tool 17 2 052 .

Detach coolant hoses from auxiliary water pump.

Disconnect plug connection (4).

Release screws (3).

For tightening torque refer to 11 53 3AZ in 11 53 THERMOSTAT AND CONNECTIONS .

Vent Cooling System .

Assemble engine.
