11 62 000 Removing And Installing, Sealing/Replacing Exhaust Manifold (N12)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Move front end into assembly position.
Remove exhaust system.
Remove both lambda oxygen sensors.
Detach heat shield.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque: See ENGINE - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Release all nuts (1).

Tightening torque: See ENGINE - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Feed out exhaust manifold (1) downwards.

Installation:

Replace all seals.

Assemble engine.
