51 47 030 Removing And Installing/Replacing Rear (Inside) Left Or Right Entrance Cover Strip

Special tools required:

00 9 317

Version without 3rd seat row:

Detach mucket (1) in area of entrance cover strip (2).

Release entrance cover strip (2) at retainer (3) and clips (4) towards top.

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty retainer (3).

Installation:

Lug (1) must not be damaged or missing.

If necessary, replace faulty clips (2).

Fit entrance cover strip (3) with preinstalled clips (2).

Version with 3rd seat row:

Detach mucket (1) in area of entrance cover strip (2).

Release entrance cover strip (2) at retainer (3) and clips (4) towards top.

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty retainer (3).

Using special tool 00 9 317, raise trim panel (1) slightly and unclip from retainer (3).

Pull entrance cover strip (4) in direction of arrow out of clip (2).

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty retainer (3).

Fit entrance cover strip (3) with preinstalled clips (2).
