11 72 192 Removing and Installing/Replacing Right Secondary Pipe (N73)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Engine hood in assembly position. See 51 00 ... SERVICE POSITION OF ENGINE HOOD/BONNET
Disconnect battery ground terminal.
Release engine wiring harness from electronics box.
Remove center of assembly partition wall. See 51 71 085 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CENTER OF ASSEMBLY COMPARTMENT BULKHEAD
Release terminal 30 at battery connection point.

Release screws (3) and remove heat shield (2).

Disconnect air hose (5).

Loosen screws (6).

Remove secondary valve (4).

Loosen screws (7).

Release screws (1) and remove secondary pipe.

Installation:

Fit secondary valve and secondary pipe without gaps.

Assemble engine.
