Master Cylinder: Installation

- Replace "O" ring. See Fig 1.
- Install master brake cylinder to brake unit. Replace self-locking nuts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Attach and tighten screw connections of brake lines and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Push expansion tank vertically onto master brake cylinder.
- Refill brake fluid and bleed system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
