51 71 387 Removing And Installing/Replacing Rear Water Gutter Trim (Rear Lid) On Left Or Right

Lever out expansion rivet (3).

Detach rubber seal (2).

Slide trim (1) towards rear and remove.

Installation:

Make sure trim (1) is correctly located in cover (2).

Trim (1) must engage catch (4) in side panel at rear (3).

CAUTION:

If clip fixture (1) is removed for further work (e.g. painting):

Always replace clip fixture (1) in order to prevent leaks.
