51 13 082 Replacing Trim Grille For Heater Air Inlet

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove TRIM GRILLE FOR HEATER AIR INLET

Sever holders (1) on trim grille (2) until flush.

Place lower section (2) on trim grille (1).

Press on lock washers (4) with a TORX E4 socket (5).

Shorten all plastic pins (3) down to measurement (A).

A = 2 mm

IMPORTANT:

Measurement (A) for centre plastic pin in direction of travel at front must only be 1 mm (risk of damage).
