72 11 010 Removing and installing or replacing left or right belt handover (coupe)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Unscrew nuts (2).

For tightening torque refer to 72 11 07AZ in 72 11 SEAT BELTS .

NOTE: If the screw head spins, hold the head in the lateral position with a pair of pliers. The screws must be replaced each time they are removed as the applied screw securing adhesive can only be used once.

Belt handover:

  1. must be swung out in direction of arrow and
  2. fed out of side trim panel.

Installation: 

Insert sleeves (1) correctly into rubber mount (2).
