TPMS Reminder Reset - Procedure 01

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 1209 other vehicles, including the 2025 BMW iX, 2025 BMW i7, 2025 BMW i5, 2025 BMW i4, and 2025 BMW Z4. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Set the tire pressure on all wheels to specification.
  2. Turn ignition switch to ON position, with engine off.
  3. Press reset button (for no longer than 10 seconds) until tire pressure warning light illuminates Yellow for a few seconds. See Fig 1, Fig 2, Fig 3, or Figure .
    NOTE: On some X5 models, the reset button is marked "RDC".
  4. Drive vehicle. Initialization is automatically completed during the drive, without any feedback issued.
