61 71 015 Removing and installing/replacing a spray nozzle in windscreen washer system

NOTE: The jet nozzles of the windscreen washer system are preset at the factory and cannot be readjusted.

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Press detent lug (1).

Detach unlocked plug housing (2) in direction of arrow.

Detach hose (3) from spray nozzle.

Release spray nozzle (1) in direction of arrow from cowl panel cover and remove.

Installation: 

Make sure spray nozzle (1) is correctly seated.

Installation: 

Following parts of spray nozzle (4) must not be damaged or missing:

  1. Plug connection
  2. Hose connection
  3. Detent lug, bottom
  4. Detent lug, top
