51 45 380 Removing and installing (replacing) right decorative strip on dashboard

Carefully unclip decorative strip (1) with special tool 00 9 317 at retaining points (2) and remove.

Installation: 

Make sure pins (1) are correctly seated on decorative strip.

If necessary, replace faulty retainers (2).

Version with CD changer: 

Open CD changer trim.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 45 05AZ .
