Interlock Cable

Remove center console. See CENTER CONSOLE .

Move selector lever to park position "P". Turn ignition key to "zero" position and remove.

Slacken bolt (1). It must be possible to move cable (2) slightly in bracket (3).

Press interlock lever (4) down into limit position. Tighten bolt. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . See Fig 1.
