51 12 157 Replacing rear bumper trim

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove rear bumper trim. Refer to 51 12 156 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR BUMPER TRIM .

Release clip (1) from ultrasonic transducer (2) and remove ultrasonic transducer (2).

Release clips (3) from ultrasonic transducer (2) and remove from bumper trim.

IMPORTANT: When releasing the clips, only press on the area next to each clip in each case.

Release screw (1) on spoiler at side.

Release clips (2) on side spoiler from bumper trim.

Release clips (3) on center spoiler from bumper trim.

Remove towing eye cover (4).
