51 46 050 Removing and installing/replacing top trim on tail panel

Necessary Preliminary Tasks: 

• Remove luggage compartment floor trim panel. Refer to 51 47 101 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR TRIM PANEL .

Release expansion rivets (1).

Release clips (2) and remove trim.

Installation: 

If necessary, replace faulty expansion rivets (1) and clips (2).

Fit seal for rear lid correctly.
