51 16 202 Removing and installing/replacing front cup holder

Necessary Preliminary Tasks: 

• Remove front center console. Refer to 51 16 200 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT CENTER CONSOLE .

Release catches (1) on underside of center console.

Remove cup holder trim ring (2).

Remove cup holder insert (1) from cup holder trim ring (2).

Installation: 

Catches (3) on cup holder trim ring (2) must not be damaged.
