Side `Thorax' Airbags

Side `Thorax' airbags are mounted on the outboard edge of the seat backrest frame. Always remove/disconnect the airbag from the service connector (located under the seat). The connector at the airbag generator should never be tampered with.

NOTE: The convertible has a significantly larger thorax airbag because it also serves as a head protection device.
