12 12 011 Replacing all spark plugs

Special Tools Required: 

• 12 1 171

Remove/grind off collar (1) on special tool 12 1 171 (Bore diameter 22 mm) otherwise tool cannot be inserted into spark plug shaft.

Remove spark plug connectors.

Release spark plugs with special tool 12 1 171.

Tightening torque, refer to 12 12 1AZ in ENGINE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM - TIGHTENING TORQUES - COOPER (1.6L) R50/W10 .
