Control Arm & Bushings: Installation
- If bushings were removed from control arm, install large control arm bushing using Drawbolt (T78P-5638-A1), Replacer Cup T85M-5638-A3) and a 7/16" nut and washer. To install small control arm bushing, use Drawbolt (T78P-5638-A1), Replacer Cup (T78P-5638-A3) and a 7/16" nut and washer.
- Position control arm and loosely install control arm bolts, washers and nuts. Install longer bolts on outboard end of control arm. Reverse removal procedure to complete installation.
NOTE:
The bolt heads MUST face inward. If the bolt threads face inward, the parking brake cable could be damaged.
