Master Cylinder: Disassembly
- Remove reservoir cap and drain master cylinder reservoir. Carefully clamp master cylinder in a vise. Pry reservoir out of master cylinder seals. Remove master cylinder seals using a thin-bladed screwdriver.
- Remove "O" ring. Push primary piston inward and remove snap ring. Remove washer from end of primary piston. Remove primary piston.
- Tap master cylinder on a block of wood to remove secondary piston. Remove seals from primary and secondary pistons.
