Temperature Gauge
- Test temperature gauge by applying a 19-ohm resistor between gauge lead wire and ground. Gauge should indicate within the Red sector. In a similar manner, connect a 250-ohm resistor. Gauge should read within the White sector.
- If gauge tests okay, replace the sending unit. If gauge remains inaccurate, replace the unit as an assembly.
