Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the affected seat. For additional information, refer to Seat - Front, With Seat Integrated Restraints (SIR)  in this article.
  2. Remove the armrest.
    • Release the armrest fabric from the pivot end of the armrest.
      NOTE: SIR seat has slide spacer on end of bolt.
    • Remove the attachment bolt.
      • To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).
    • Pull the armrest from seat backrest.

  3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
