Removal And Installation

- Remove the intake manifold. For additional information, refer to ENGINE - 5.4L (3V) article.
- Disconnect the cylinder head temperature (CHT) sensor electrical connector.
- Remove the CHT.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Apply anti-seize to the threads of the CHT sensor.
